Mobile application
with m-commerce for a premium grosery store

We created a loyalty program app for Goodwine and transformed it into a full-fledged mobile e-commerce. So here is the story:

Background

Goodwine is the leading premium supermarkets network in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company is famous for its choice of healthy products, delicatessen, and the most comfortable service. As a result, it has already become a benchmark for the Ukrainian and even European markets. 

We started working with Goodwine four years ago with the task to design a mobile application for the loyalty program. In just two months, we created the first version of the app, and we have been continually  improving it and adding new features — now it has become a full-fledged e-commerce app.

We wanted to make online shopping as enjoyable as in-store shopping.In response to the coronavirus crisis, we prepared the first version of e-commerce in the app in 2 months and collected feedback and improved it throughout the year. Let's watch it together.

The main thing about the main page

When you log in to the app for the first time, we don't force you to register: we give you the opportunity to see all the beauty and get used to it. First you see the main page with widgets: in the near future, you will receive collections and new products.

Test drive without registration and SMS

Only when you want to save or add an item to your shopping cart, we will ask you to register.

Offers that are difficult to refuse

After registering on the main page, you will see personalized gifts from goodwine and personal offers with discounts. The whole system is designed to encourage and praise you for your cool choices, not just encourage sales. It seems as if goodwine's offers are endless for you, and the page will never end.

Full-fledged catalog for online orders

The easiest way is to add any of the pre-orders. We sorted them by date, and added product photos for easier search. Click — and the product is in the shopping cart.

You can choose By category, which already has its own product selections (tops from your previous orders, new products and recommendations for the category), or you can search further by subcategories.

We also display the selected categories based on the customer's previous preferences and supplement them with product groups that are relevant in a particular season.

Look at these filters, they're hard to miss.

Search in which you find

When you search on goodwine for the first time, you still won't see an empty page. We'll show you Trending queries right away — you'll definitely like something.

If you are already a seasoned guest, we will show you three of your latest search queries (people often return to them) and five more popular products.

Try to search for hummus, and we will offer you several other options from this category. You like delicious spreads, don't you?

Just Wikipedia among the product cards

First, poetically about taste and aroma.
Briefly about the characteristics. Then you can choose a different wine from the same category. And then choose another wine from the same manufacturer.

Online service features

If you take our coffee, we will offer to grind it to suit your cooking method. Hard cheeses can be cut into cubes or slices, choose!

After collecting the order, we will send you a push notification. You can immediately pay for it via Apple Pay or G-Pay, and we will also praise you.

We have added the possibility of express delivery with very relevant recommendations: you order rolls, and we will immediately give you sparkling wine for them.
