• знати Illustrator i Photoshop, Figma на пам’ять;
• знати After Effects зі шпаргалкою;
• додаткова повага за 3D редактори (c4d/blender);
• вміти організувати свій робочий час та якісний відпочинок;
• впевненість і самостійність у прийнятті щоденних робочих рішень, вміння їх аргументувати та продати;
• дотримуватися дедлайнів та вчасно попереджати, якщо щось піде не так.

We are looking for a confident UI/UX Designer to join our team for project-based, part-time, or hourly work. You’ll be working on websites and mobile apps of various scale.

We expect you to:

• Understand responsive design, grids, device sizes and formats.
• Have skills in business analysis and information structuring.
• Have experience in lo-fi/hi-fi prototyping and design in Figma.
• Be able to manage your time and priorities. Have at least 5–10 completed projects you’re truly proud of.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in UI animation tools like Principle, After Effects, etc.
• Experience with 3D editors like Cinema 4D, Spline, and others.

With us, you will:

• Dive into clients’ business together with the team, collect and analyze data.
• Create product structure, prototypes, and/or final design.
• Present your work to the art director and then to the client (through project managers).
• Prepare and hand off the design to the next project stage.
• Oversee the creative process until project completion.
• Turn completed projects into compelling case studies.
• Take part in internal projects to help the agency grow.

• Write scripts for all kinds of video content (ads, explainers, PR inserts, conversational Reels, etc.).
• Craft and articulate brand positioning clearly.
• Translate brand positioning into every possible format.
• Organize communication chaos into a clear structure (website, ad campaign, or anything else).
• Instantly spot the mistake in this and other sentences.
• Manage your time well and take responsibility for your results.
