Bad Boy is a Ukrainian alcohol hypermarket with a unique loyalty app that turns purchases into virtual bottles. Customers collect bottles to unlock personalized discounts — and over 80% of them actively use the app.

We redesigned the app’s UI, rethought the user experience, and took gamification to the next level: bottle counters, personal offers, stats tracking (yes, even your parking time), and a new challenge & reward system. The interface is designed to keep users coming back, collecting bottles, leveling up — and, of course, buying more.
