Ukraine’s First REIT
Inzhur is one of the most successful investment brands in Ukraine focused on retail investors. It became the country’s first REIT — a financial tool that made large-scale, high-return real estate investments accessible to anyone starting from just ₴1,000.
The client approached us at the business idea stage. Together, we conducted audience research, shaped the value proposition, created a unique brand voice, came up with the name, and designed the visual identity.
We also developed the first version of the website, and as the business grew, we scaled it into a full investment platform with a personal investor dashboard — where users can buy and sell securities, track profits, and manage their portfolios with just a few clicks and a Diia-signature.
We handled all communications too: launching social media, running them for the first two years, and producing banners, video ads, and PR campaigns.
People have tried to copy Inzhur, but they can’t. Behind the brand stands a team with deep expertise in finance, law, construction, and retail — and most importantly, a visionary founder who thinks decades ahead and is shaping a new investment culture in Ukraine.
In their third year, Inzhur built an in-house marketing dream team who took over most operations. But we still work closely with them — supporting the platform and helping with strategic and ad-hoc tasks.
