The first investment company in Ukraine operating under the REIT model
Inzhur introduced Ukrainians to a brand-new category — REITs — making high-yield commercial real estate investments accessible to everyone.
This brand can’t be replicated: it’s backed by a visionary founder, a strong infrastructure, and a team of seasoned professionals with a long-term mission. We helped bring that vision to life with a bold and cohesive brand system.
Invest + Zhurzhii = Invest with Zhurzhii.
The name is derived from the founder’s last name — a well-known figure with an impeccable reputation in the investment market. And in this industry, trust is everything.
We chose a short, memorable name that builds credibility around a format of investing that’s still new for Ukraine. As a bonus, Inzhur sounds like «inzhir», the ukrainian word for «fig» — a sweet little association that sticks.

In a market flooded with aggressive visuals and "success at all costs" messaging, we built a brand that feels sincere and approachable.
Minimalist design is paired with handcrafted illustrations — drawn in-house — showing everyday moments, happy investors, and the buildings behind the funds.
It all looks (and truly is) real — and that authenticity has become another source of trust.
We started with a simple landing page — just enough to launch quickly and explain the new service in plain, human language.
As the brand scaled fast, we moved on to a full-featured website with an investor dashboard.
Buying and selling securities here is truly simple.
A few clicks, a digital signature via Diia — and you’re in. Easy, transparent, intuitive.
We handled Inzhur’s social media, ad campaigns, and PR from day one — acting as their outsourced marketing team for the first two years.
Today, Inzhur has its own strong in-house marketing team running communications independently.
We now support them with strategic and tactical input whenever needed.
The first international and branchless insurance company in Ukraine
Colonnade has long specialized in complex B2B insurance solutions. With our help, it also became a go-to provider of simple, convenient online products for everyday people.
Back in 2018, we developed the launch strategy for their B2C direction, refreshed the brand, and helped create digital-first insurance products — including CASCO, home insurance, and liability coverage for IT specialists.
To this day, we continue to support all their marketing communications.
We shaped the image of an insurance company that simplifies everything. The identity is built around a warm orange tone and realistic hands — a symbol of openness and humanity. These hands guide and support users throughout the insurance process.
Colorful floating spheres act as a metaphor for insurance coverage — softening life’s inevitable blows.
We designed a flexible, responsive website template for Colonnade’s insurance products. It’s easily scalable — just update the content, and you’re good to go.
The UX for purchasing insurance became a benchmark in the industry: all data is auto-filled or selected through a short quiz. The whole process takes just minutes — sign with an SMS, and your policy is instantly available in Apple Wallet.
For several years, we’ve acted as Colonnade’s external marketing team — launching ad and PR campaigns, managing social media, and shaping their public voice.
